Our small group sessions are capped at 6  people, giving you the coaching, accountability and attention you need — without the intimidation of a busy gym.

Each programme runs in structured progressive blocks. That means your training builds week by week, allowing you to:

  • Develop confidence with weights

  • Track measurable progress

Designed to meet your unique needs, our personal trainers are experts in designing custom workouts tailored to your fitness goals and physical capabilities. 

1:1 sessions are tailored specifically to you — your goals, your body, your schedule.
